We will ask you to stay at least 3 days. The rate is 200 euros per day, and 1200 euros per week. Of course you can stay for a month ! Contact us to see if we can arrange an amount suitable for both parties.
This rate includes the expenses for electricity and water, but also the cleaning service (once a week) and the use of towels, sheets, household appliance, furniture...
Deposit
& Conditions
If you decide to rent this loft, we will need a warranty
deposit which also serves as confirmation for your booking.
It will not be cashed.
You will pay the whole rental when you arrive, either by Euro or USD cheque,
or in cash.
